Qualifying data in SAP iDoc Ruleset

When testing/qualifying data in an SAP iDoc in EBI, sometimes using a a Rule Condition of EXTOL_StringEqual is not enough.
Sometimes using EXTOL_StartsWith is better to use. In EBI, This takes into account the trailing spaces.
