ArrayOutofIndex error for Outbound EDI


Scenario:

User is attempting to run an Outbound Launcher Business Process Script (AARS) to create an outbound EDI document. When reviewing status of process in the EXTOL Auditor Log, the process recports an unrecoverable error.

Issue:

In the Outbound EDI Collaboration, the ruleset is defined as a parameter. ALthough the ruleset is defined in the ruleset, it needs to be reset.

EXTOL error message:


2014-02-05 08:06:58,464 FATAL [com.extol.processcontrol.engine2.tasks.TransformTask] There was an unrecoverable error during the transformation step.
Exception detail:
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0 >= 0
at java.util.Vector.elementAt(Unknown Source)



Resolution:

To correct this issue, open up the EXTOL Outbound EDI Collaboration. Once opened re-select the ruleset.
