SFTP SSH Certificate Expiration/Unknown Host Key


Scenario:

User is attempting create outbound SFTP connection with EXTOL Bysiness Integrator.

Issue:

EBI is unable to make a connection due to Unknown Host Key.

EXTOL error message:



EXTOL EDI Integrator SFTP SSH Key error - Unknown Host Key

Resolution:

Recently the SFTP server updated their SSH/SFTP public key. EXTOL Business Integrator requires users to use the Kay Management tool to re-import the public SSH cert into EBI.
