EXTOL EBI - Installing Dashboard 2.1 on Windows Machine

When installing EXTOL Dashboard 2.1, a precursor to the install is to actually create the directory the installed Dashboard product will reside. Once the directory is manually created, the “Full Control” permissions should be granted to all users.

In our example below, we are installing EXTOL Dashboard into C:\Dashboard. Once the directory is created we grant “Full Control” to <Authenticated Users> and <Users>

Without granting these permissions the C:\Dashboard\db (database) directory will not be installed correctly.
